The Shark HD510 Plus is an upgraded version of the popular HD510 CNC. In addition to all of the standard features on the HD510, the Plus includes Next Wave CNC's latest technologically advanced 10.1" Touch Screen Display and a 2hp Water-Cooled Spindle.
The Android-based Touch Screen Display boasts features like:

The Shark HD510 Plus features a 28” x 36” table, an extruded aluminum router mount for 3.5” barrel routers or Next Wave’s water-cooled spindle system, and robust linear gantry rails. It can be pendant or computer-controlled, and is perfect for projects such as carving plaques, signs, ornamental boxes, and precision parts machined from wood, soft metals, or plastics.
Shark HD CNCs stand out with an impressive 7” of vertical travel on the Z-axis—giving your projects the depth and versatility others simply can’t match. While most comparable CNCs top out at just 4” to 5” of vertical movement, the Shark delivers a full 7" without jumping to a higher price bracket like other premium machines.

Even when raised, you’ll still get the full 7” of Z-axis travel and can accommodate materials up to 9” thick. This CNC router offers 3D carving capability with a 3D model library included. It also offers two control options:
- Using the included Vectric VCarve Desktop Design Software, you create your project and transfer it to a USB drive which plugs directly into the LCD pendant. The convenient touch screen Pendant interface eliminates the need for a computer controlling the CNC in your shop.
- For more control interactivity, you can run the Shark HD510 Plus from your computer with the Ready2Control program. This lets you use the exclusive patented Virtual Zero Unlimited program. This program will adjust your design to fit curves and angles that would be impossible on other brands of machines. (Computer and flash drive not included).
